CalBike kicks off outreach

With the input of all five collaborating agencies and local partners throughout the region, CalBike has finalized the outreach plan that will guide community engagement in three phases:

Learning Phase: Surveys, interviews, and research to determine the community-driven priorities for implementing improvements to infrastructure, policy, and practice to promote bicycle tourism in the region.

Community Engagement: In collaboration with consultants, coordinate three public meetings and engage the public through digital means to develop informed specific proposals for improvements.

Promotion: Distribute the results to all stakeholders in both digital and printed format.
