Are you an artist with a passion for the outdoors ? Are your canvases inspired by the beauty of scenic walking trails and winding bike rides? We invite you to participate in an art show to celebrate the beauty of the outdoors as part of the Calaveras Arts Council annual fundraiser for art in education,be a part of RideandWalk4Art.t, an exciting event that celebrates the beauty between art and the great outdoors in the California Foothills.
Submission Guidelines:
Theme: Your artwork should reflect the spirit of biking and/or hiking in the California Foothills. Whether it's capturing the vibrant hues of a sunset ride, California Poppies or the serenity of a hidden trail, let your creativity flow.
Medium: We welcome submissions in various mediums, including paintings, photography, jewelry and sculptures. The more diverse, the better!

What's In It For You?
Exposure: Your artwork will be prominently displayed at the RideandWalk4Art Art Gallery the day of the fundraiser at the Jenny Lind Veterans Hall. We anticipate the hall will be visited by over 200 cyclists, hikers and art lovers.
Sales Opportunities: All submitted artworks should be available for sale, providing you with a platform to reach potential buyers.
Community Engagement: Connect with fellow artists, outdoor enthusiasts, and the local community, fostering a sense of unity through shared passions.
Support a Cause: 20% of sale proceeds will go towards supporting community art initiatives.
